If you are in-game I would give SirTwist a pm, he runs a nice little guild called Dundain who are generally lower levels, they do guild hunts to the smaller caves and don't fight.
On the other hand, if you want to join the dark side, become a complete knob head, fight all hours of the day, do end game bosses, get access to 1.1 then pm ToriBlack in-game.

Do all the quests on Mizu. It wont take long. Then follow the quests to see which caves you like best.

As said, do the quests (you get a mount from one of the first ones)
Following the quests will also get you a little exp and gold and also show you what caves you should be hunting in
When in towns also check the notice boards (in safezone) and do the quests that are on them for your level

Quests are useless since the exp boost to pre 38.
You get the same exp from killing 1.5 numas as you do for completing the kill 100 mino guards one.
Get your horse, make your way to bw sz. Shout new player looking for guild. Guild up and ask your guild questions. A member will boost you in numas to 25-30 in 1-2hours max. Then your free to explore and find the caved you like.
Whats your ingame name? Ill boost you to 30 to get you going.
