Are you getting any error messages.
Have you looked at the stickies in the forum?
Download the installer from www.mirchronicles.com, run as admin and install the game.
Get the latest patch program, links in the stickies, run as admin and let it patch.
If you get any error messages post them here

I have run the patch. saying patch completed.
When I run the game: error messages are : lack the required client files, can not run. no other error message.
Brand new computer. Do not know what to do.

Missing client files means you are missing files ie the game has not installed fully.
Take a screenshot of what's inside your mir chronicles folder. Also what size is the folder
In short, delete what you have done.
Download the installer from the main site, run the exe as admin.
Download the latest patch program. Unrar it and add it to your mir chronicles folder.
Run the patch program as admin.
Ensure you anti virus is not deleting mir.exe

I always save a latest updated client stored for myself.
But if seems it does not work on this new computer, I am downloading the clients through chronicles site.
My old latest client have 7.32GB.

You may just have to do a fresh install as you are on a new system

Thanks, I find another client at hard disk and it works ( at least it can reach the gate)
