Is there any thing you lot do to improve mir performance on windows 7? just doesn't seem to be running very well on my PC at all, Anything which will improve performance is welcome so I can have more smooth game play.

It depends on what might be causing your issue, is it your system or you Internet connection.
Post your system specs
Close programs that are running in the background
Try WTFast for you Internet connection

korbain posted a link to a gear of war theme which helps a little but ur best off just duel booting xp. i can play cod AW, BF4 on near max settings at 60 fps just fine but mir nah new systems just don't seem to like it at all

this is about as true as it can be, and the drival that keeps getting posted about it being ping is well and utter trash
as proven in some of the videos i sent to you ages ago where my ping was at max 12-14ms, i was still slower than alot of players.
there is defo something that is making a small % of the server miles faster than every 1 else

can you poste the exact specs of the systems its being developed on please (im talking exact everything XD)

sorry yes the one you test it on as i assume your actually running it on a proper windows pc and not a virtual 1?
Don't know if other people get the same but if I have 2 monitors enabled and play in windowed mode it runs a lot slower then if I had just the one monitor enabled. FPS stays at 60 too.

I used to be super slow, since I upgraded my PC and internet I seem a lot faster, but still a few who are just incredibly rapid, I run constant 60 FPS and ping 15 and under.
Do you really think that these files are tailored so that Sam's individual pc specification is perfectly fast and smooth? Rofl

havent implied this at all.
however seeing as your being so sarcy about it and seem to be the know all of know all, then you would already know that in order for proper game optimization you need to develop across multiple platforms and various machine setups.
but you knew that already didnt you?
i also aknowledge that sam has seen my request and has yet to reply
just be nice to know what hardware the server team uses as thats what the files will work best on, am guessing the gfx cards were nvidia cards as the client runs best on them. its like porting a console game its just not the same as the console it was made for
