AUTO POT problem

hay,
My friend got problem with auto pot: each time he set up it and click save its back to default. Over and over again...
How to fix it?

- already reinstaled game twice
- win xp

Is he running the game as admin?

It sounds like the game does not have permission to edit and save to the ini files in the chronicles folder.

with one ini? can he edit it manualy?

BH is suggesting that he try right clicking the .exe and selecting run as admin when loading the game, to give the .exe permissions so it can edit .ini files etc

As i mention: HE USING WIN XP
-there is no option run as administrator
-of cos if he not loged in as administrator user he can change it... but still this shouldnt have any afect on win xp. (he will back later and we can try this if he not loged in as user with administrator rights)

Did anyone mention to this poster that WinXP with the acpi tweak isnt as good here?
No ones reported on stripped XP OS but these files optimised for win7 arent they?
Much better to use win7

I've done a quick scan of the 8 posts above yours and no, it wouldn't appear that they did. [emoji19]

I thought someone might have pm him but I also thought this was common knowlege and surprised BH didnt say
