Right to start off this isnt a flame thread nor a dig, this is a few pointers i've noticed over the few months i've played this server.
Anti-Cheat
First off, You say you have a Anti-Cheat in place that works wonders and tell's you when people are cheating... Then why are certain people like OnePiece still around? I've run into this person a few times myself and i know he's been reported plenty of times... Runs through mobs, hits people with sin's aspeed yet has aspeed 5 kit. That's one example of a player whos been around since i started but clearly is using some sort of programme. So if this is in place why are people like this running around on the server still? i know at least 6 people who all reported him from different guilds for same issue.
Balance on server.
i've played plenty of servers to know balance on them and on here, it isn't very balanced at the moment, Why are you concentrating on monks hoping to get new players/Old faces back, when your server is already unbalanced? We dont need another class to put into the picture at moment while other classes are not fix'ed themselves.
Lets take a wizard for example, how many people have told you GM's there bugged at the moment? I tested other day on my friends wizard i told him to take kit off and Frost Crunch me. He hit me for 60-90 damage Frost crunches with mc4-6?!?! Lol. When i took kit of warrior/Sin i had they hit for 9-16 damage with FS with dc9ish..
Secondly, People have told you about Magic Booster being overpowered. No i dont think it is really, My main issue with wizard's is the Met/Blizzard spam. On here wizards use it like its FlameField, No care in the world for warriors running towards them.
Lets take Blizzard first. Never ever been a damaging spell, was used on euro to slow and hopefully purple/blue players and mobs. So why on here doe's it do quite good damage just like frost cruch? Freezing spells bugged?
Meteor Strike seems fine. But there really needs to be a Shared cooldown between using these two spells consistantly. Secondly, they need a root like they did on a server, If a wiz casts that spell, it should be a risky spell like it was made,where you cant move until spell finishes (not if they get hit) They stayed rooted if i remember for 3 seconds no matter what.
Now last but not least.
Guild Idea
right guilds like Forsaken and Team, Lets take Forsaken mainly as team aren't as bad.. Just mass recruit as many people as they can and ruin all boss'es/Fights. Ben had a good idea on his server (my memory on numbers is shady) where he capped guilds to 20 members a guild(correct me if anybody knows) and only one alliance guild. To stop mass recruiting guilds ruining all boss'es for other guilds. There is no need to have 30-40 people in a guild on a small game that doesnt require that many.
This server is good and has great potential but your not putting the effort into the right area's in my view. Like monk beta testers, hoping to get monks in asap, cant you fix the content you have, its like tonights reboot. i understand your busy alot of the time but a reboot at 9pm which is doing nothing but removing christmas items? Simple fix's could have been put into place aswell.
Anyways bored typing, few other issues ive had but i cba to name them all, Honestly GM's you need to listen to the mass not (wizards) or big named players.
