Balance Strong DC kit drops in line with strong SC/MC?

I found it on the floor in bichon , so i don't know if it's droped or some one wanted to get rid of it

Aye it seems they were bugged before, I bumped this to find out if they had been fixed along with the other items that were not dropping but suddenly are.
It does not seem as though they have though, The archer mentioned above with the strong Kbrace is one from long long ago, the strong dring found on the floor at bw store, just someone discarding trash.
Its the only set a sin/archer can use (granted for lower levels based on stats) and they don't even drop =(
BH mind taking another look? or even increasing the probability of drop by 50% more than the SC/MC equivalent that have had 10months of more drops, just to check if they start dropping, then reduce them each reboot back to normal.
something is still wrong =(
perhaps the drop file with all the strong items in only looks at the first 10 items? jumble them up a bit see if it fixes it?
