    that map is a test map put in by the muppets just remove it from the code. Its in the envir folder cant remember what tx doc but its in there just hunt it out and delete the one line of code. thats how i solved it.

    ok thers something odd bout ur login gate it should just be the two brackets touching each other rather then having the $$ in between. Have you made sure the ips are correct etc all the basic stuff?

  10. Server db problems ?

    I had this problem. Did you put the mir3db into the rite ODBC catergory? not sure if thats it. Its when you click in control panel admistrative controls then ODBC. Did you click on the System DSN tab?

    ok another update i get this msg in the odbc control: data source not found and no default driver specified along wif that i get the char select gate not working whereas the login gate and the game gate are working. The game loads and the login works though when it comes to char creation it...

    ok an update ive got it working semi though i cant get the char select gate to work. the login gate and the run gate are working fine its just that the char selection gate aint working at all. So that when i load up the game log in and stuff i cant create a char. What is wrong?

    Hi What is it you need to put into each of the fields in the database window ie when you click the blue arrow. I get the same error as zion in the post about database however one of my gates is connected its the login gate. Which i assume means i got the fields on the right correct but however...
