    Last thing i will say about this because ur talking crap all the way. Why do u call me a kid anyway? I realy doubt that ur older then me. I can play FarCry on highest res smooth, end off story, and i hope that ur proud off urself, "knowing" everything off games.

    .. SATA is no where the same. Only difference with a normal HDD is that the connecter is different, rest is exactly the same

    Urbanfox: It's not SCSI, the 18.6 GB was the first SATA 10.000 RPM HDD. BabyBear I never said RAID was new, only thing i said is that average users dont know what it is and can't get it running.     The problem is that the average computer user has no idea what RAID is, let alone making it work. While SATA HD's is only a different connecter and yes 10.000 RPM does offer alot high performace increase compared to 72.000

    sata = not a waste off time. I does give a performance increase and a big one! edit: what i say is not 100% true, its not the sata that causes the preformance increase, but thanks to sata we can have 10.000 RPM HDD's wich is MUCH faster as 7200RPM HDD's
