Will people actually be willing to play a 2.3 med/high rate server? based mainly around PvP but obviously have to do some boss hunting/leveling to make sure you have the better kit to be the best at PvP. thoughts?

Firstly I would like some feedback of who thinks "Euro Mir" style servers are worth making anymore, I'm pretty sure they are. I have a "team" of people at the ready wanting to make a 2.3 server, was going to 2.6 but to many bugs and assassin things still not sorted so we'll start off with...
