Just because you can chargeback on PayPal or Stripe, dont 100% guarantee you'll get it back either, so in that sense its the same.     I'll look into it can't see why we'd have random bugs with pk modes etc.. seen loads of people fighting and killin and nothing been reported. We pushed a patch fix last night as found some weird targetting bug so maybe that was your issue?

    ye maybe... from my own personal experience i probably had about 2-5% of chargebacks on all my servers - by your logic I must make great servers right? but even then, not a single 1 of those chargebacks was valid.
