    I'd say give up now before u begin this spiralling hole of ****. Refining on here is a complete waste of time it's completely random and nothing is Garuntee there's no skill involved at all it was very slap dash compared to what we was promised during hell patch that never materialised

    I think if gms make monks spells dc there will be an uproar. 4 classes cannot all use dc that would be pathetic seeing as more mc/sc items drop anyway. Buy them why they cheap. The warrior equivalent a boundless ring dc + 3 goes for 30-40m each.
