MineralMines mobs used to drop FiveStringBracelet -rarely along with SilkBoots/SorceryBrace/etc - rarely also Curse uber rare. Now if you look at MineralMines drops don't know if to laugh or cry. Just an example.
Please consider making normal mobs have a very small chance for a great drop (ex FireMinotaur was FlameField). There's so many places with only trash drops while other places like StoneTemple that have more then decent drops, it's very unbalanced.
It's not "normal" to reach DD in 2 mins since you entered bdd using RT's having several other bosses/subs to kill on the way forward or backward, while in other places you have to run for 1 boss or find maps to enter.
There was always a small chance of having a drop like FlameField from FireMinotaur or FigveStringBrace from CursedShaman. That can be one motivation for grinding.
Handing out skills like Deva so easly I don't agree with but having some skills and items in drops with a rare or super rare % isn't...
That's true.
There is plenty to get from bosses that normal mobs wont drop, just have to be very ignorant to not think of that. The tweaks and adjustments server team makes on the fly isn't something new and something that I have agreed with in the past but can get used to it eventually.
Bouncing between targets has relevance enough for "static" name.
In my opinion is enough to just make the bouncing speed back to what it was and leave the rest as it is.
