    Could shave off the 50 quid possibly with some really **** components (Stuff here isn't that great but is reliable) But £450 and should play pretty much anything on low res graphics.

    running on windows 7 x64 This is your biggest issue, you may also find a problem with your AMD CPU as well. I'd suggest you use something like Virtual Box with a copy of Windows XP on it to setup a local server.

    Looks like theres no point continuing with these, they cannot be opened to public IP addresses, can only be used locally.

    Check that your HW ID hasn't changed. I think everyone elses key works fine. Make sure you have Chinese PRC set as well.
