have u tryed running the LibraryEditor.exe first then clicking file then open instead of just clicking Prguse3.lib as thats how u get that error

that client u linked would not work with the server files as the client has been change a lot and its .ml instead of .wzl so the only thing that u can read from it is the .pak/miz as if i remember @Lilcooldoode did that in 2020 so the client res can go up to 1920 and use less ram to display them
