    HallowenEvent.

    The ugliest Event i have ever seen, there's few mobs around bw for 250+ online ! i have used more than 500 rts and cant even find 1 mob.its needs increase respawn or add 10% much better,or add HallowenCave and remove it from provinces. i'm suggestion add 10% exp and 10% drop to all mobs.

    why its have 1m CD ?! i can't even trap tao pets or any thing and its trap mobs about 3-4 seconds only. (Usless)
