    Korean Mir 3 has the same, like a new starter guild. They also have the mentoring system where you earn contribution points. Also the rent pet facility so that you can get some help with levelling early on.

    Let's not skirt around the real issue, Banyo Island, the guild/alliance that controls it can dominate the levelling. Boosting their ranks and having overall more people at higher levels. If BI was never adjusted as much as it was, people would be more spread out, you wouldn't get a single point...

    No easy solution. No idea how it is coded here, but on official exp is one continuous allocation with just points at where the levels meet the exp required. If you changed the requirements per level it would reflect backwards and you would effectively de-level. Not suggesting that as a solution...

    The exp flattens out at (I think, maybe slightly off on the exact levels) 60 until 73. So each level the requirements don't increase at all. If you compound that with new hermit stats each level and the way element stacking is so efficient, it means it just gets easier to level for 13 levels...
