    I don't think it is, but how would they add the game gold? You'd have to give them your account details or at least the link to the payment page. Also what stops them reversing the transaction once they have your gold and then you get punished for the reversal?

    Pretty sure the book vs. manual system stopped with books that dropped in WD and beyond though, the higher level books all had that different icon the grey hardback book looking thing. The high level skills just always worked.
