    Honestly I'd say no. I tried and it's rather dead. half the players are fishers and there's no catch up. I would recommend Elite over anything else at the moment

    Today is the day I update my CV and move on... They don't have any clear path for progression what so ever, we're short staffed, over worked and carrying people who do nothing. Any advice on where i can move on to next and good stuff i can put in to my CV as i expect i will miss some stuff out

    Yeah the smart trainer connects to zwift on it's own. Tracks Wattage, RPM and scales with gradience. I would love to upgrade to a direct drive with no wheel but they're not cheap

    You are correct, i have 0 road biking experience. personally I would never do outdoor riding unless it was mountain biking. I'm using a TacX Flow smart trainer with a cheap 2nd hand road bike. I may look in to a bike fit as i sometimes go numb in regions i didn't even know was possible.
