    This usually happens when the wiz can 4/5 hit people at ranged. This isn't the case here wizards are way behind atm, lvl 3 fc hits 15 and slows once a year, fd is a few weeks a way etc Also ms at 50% not 66.6 is a massive nerf especially early stages where the ac stacks are needed.
