Always disliked the levelling of spells system. Never understood any reason to have a feature in a game (that we play for fun) that isn't enjoyable. Akin to mining.
But the "no level in sz" contributes to burning GG pots when lvling spells. Just a small GG sink.

The problem imo is PVE more than PVP. The bosses you can take down infinitely faster with max luck is more damaging to a server than pking people.
A max luck sin (not picking on Tzuk, just an example) can comfortably kill bosses and subs that would take a small group to do. It gives them so...

I 'complain' for the good of any server I play as a whole. I don't do anything for my personal gain, which is why you don't like it as it clearly affects your ability to get kicks from 'dominating' what is evidently a large part of your life.

A fair outcome would be;
"No drop" only working on the item its on - NOT entire body.
The "Luck" stat being wiped. But if you insist on keeping it then 3 days is more than enough.
This would keep in line with your LowRate/Official set up and restore a point in PKing and add fun back to the game.
