    Goru Levels have already been increased on higher floors (Applies on reboot). there are two checks with TU. First is purely based off of level: 2 or more levels lower than Target = Impossible. 1 level lower than Target = 25% Same level as Target = 50% 1 level higher than Target = 75% 2...
