    What are you talking about... SC0-100 50% of the time will be 50 or less, Of course 50MR is going to block 50 Damage. There's NO change there. You're not even mention any elements so NOTHING is different from how it is now.

    .... Elemental Resistance now applies after MR. If we expand on that... It means that it is currently Applying before MR. Work out for yourself what that means, because your question doesn't even apply.

    To combat the AFK Game Gold Farming, I may look at the option to make Mining Pause buffs same for Sabuk Wall, but that'll be next maintenance at the earliest.
