    Only way to make sunpot cd balanced/fair is make them work on an hp %age per char, example. rather than a static number because if u just slam a cooldown once again doesnt fix the problem your aiming to fix.

    Sunpot CD benefits once again wiz more than any other class, ignore kori's advice about removing ginsengs etc he just likes to have an overpowered class, why remove them kori, cos sunpot small suits you fine but dont want other classes to benefit from more instant hp?
