Ive seen a few vids like this. There is one guy who takes his P100D to street races and just whips all the other highly modded cars who spend $$$ tunning them up. All this guy did was rip a few seats out and made it lighter.

It sounds like you have had a bad experience with your support. I do get where you are coming from though. Some people will do bare minimum if they can just slope it off.

I don't agree that it is a dead end job. It would depend on the company you are with. If you are talking about 1st line support that sits at a central location taking scripted calls all day, then yes it is probably dead end due to the fact that you are just reading from a script and not engaging...
