Our network guy got made redundant as it can all be done remotely and we already have a network team in USA. It's so satisying calling them during our work hours when they are still in bed. Just apply for jobs even if you are not qualified for them. A lot of employers don't even look at you qualifications anyway. If you be straight up with them they might be willing to put you through the training themselves. Just be willing to accept the lower salary.- Violent

I am in not way picking sides here but.... What you might want to concider is; what has Hells done that has wronged the LOMCN community? If this issue was taken to a small claims court for example I would probably say that Hells would win the case. (Maybe we should get this on Judge Rinder)...- Violent

The community don't know the boundaries because we are already a small fractured community. The dilema is that if you ban one set of people then you lose half of the community.
