    SC17-53 Luck 3 lv0 cd 18 sec. lv 1cd is 16 sec .....its mostly useless in pve and can rarely hit in pvp when it does...it dosnt do enough dmg i really doubt that any1 is stupid enough to walk in and out pc or fw and pc is a lv 43 skill....i hardly see myself going beyond 44 tbh with this xp...

    Just wondering....

    i didint like it at first, then i saw they made xp pots so expenvise without promo. then im fine. whoever wants to pay that can do w/e pleases. i would only prefer the xp pot goes higher , and have weekly or monthly promo on 40%. you know, act as a sub . limited quantity tho.
