At the moment only Linux Server is aviable on Delphi. Linux Client things comes later after releas of the new Delphi this year.
I have a Pro Version Buyed and I have test things. If you build A Control for Windows and Mac and use Text or other Offsets you can see

I switched for cross-platform to pure C++, and can support Win, Linux and Mac OS.
Hmm Problems like that comes from Driver or from the DirectX Lib.
You can change your Driver or install the last DirectX Lib. In most cases the Driver can't uses some needed Function to use the full Alphablending functions...
It is hard to help without Information from your System... which...
