    that error is just with that server as parts of the launcher have been modified, its no big deal just cross them off.

    CruelDragon needs to have 192.168.1.12 for you. HL_Regserver - [Setup] LocalIP=192.168.1.12 and your Setup needs to be like this and SQL like this nothing else needs to be changed ( all my ips are set for a live server. only thing that needs changing is 178.78.105.11 to your local IP )...

    mir3 lag?

    if you have a graphics card in your pc that makes it run really slow, the graphics for mir3 is bog standard. so a graphics card is to powerful to run it. i had the same problem.
