[CD3.55] I can't put online my server in local and lan..

Now i want add in local mode:

I have a serious problem, I formatted my pc.
And now I can not open your server or local mode ..
I wonder if I have something wrong ... and see at least put in LOCAL.

Information:

- Use the same computer that had hosted server.
- Use same sp (sp2) windows xp
- I have installed the Chinese (PRC)

nothing else needs to be changed ( all my ips are set for a live server. only thing that needs changing is 178.78.105.11 to your local IP )
