    out of his ass probably. Having tested it, it seemed Luck+6 was roughly 33% chance of hitting max damage. Which would make sense if the cap is Luck9.

    Because it's the exact same feature from Paragon, a server I helped Hany with. I personally hated it. You could have done, had I not reported these and bugbats were dropping gold at the start of the server and have since been changed.

    I must admit the yellow proc rate on TDB here vs players is higher than it usually is, other than that, it's meant to hurt/cause you grief.

    you can achieve the (2) set bonus with just the shoes (H) and belt (H) , yes. But If it's good damage you want, go top end mc. Base damage is worthless here unless you plan on just levelling.

    Pretty sure the GM's said somewhere that Luck7 would be the max here? With 6 being "difficult" to get on a weapon and 7 basically impossible, needing a heavenarmour for luck7.

    Seems to be 1.2x with a lower/no flinch rate, maybe even no-delay on casts if that's still possible on these files, that **** was nuts. Definitely cheating, no question about it.

    Yeah tested luck6 on a magestaff and it isn't 50%, as it would be if Luck7 was the max. ATM I think luck9 is still the cap.
