    Basically the formula for spells works differently for damage spells, buffs and utility spells. As you mention, rez/cloak will gain very little from lvling up but who's to say we can't make them worth lvling up in the future. Heal should indeed have a buff to it, I'm fairly certain it should...

    FYI, record in OBS and set the OBS resolution to 1920x1080 and click force scaling, then render the video to YT as is and you can avoid the mess you've got going on on the borders there.

    I'll speak to shane in getting skill levels looked at, I'm fairly certain it's because some skills have no multiplier and thus get zero to no benefit from the added base lvl in the formula.

    ... so have Hany set a limit on how many you think is an acceptable amount to carry? It wouldn't be hard for him to make it so that everyone can only hold (for example) a maximum of 20sun pots that way you can make them have weight 0, and they wont effect the bag weight eco.
