    I often think that there should be a forum equivalent of just sending people to their own corners and telling them to ignore each other... but then the thinking causes the popcorn to fall out of my mouth and I have to pick it up. Which is yucky.

    When I mentioned about the OW in start area, I wasn't necessarily saying it was bad. Having to avoid or outrun certain mobs as they are too tough is cool. As long as they don't one hit you (thus removing the surprise for inexperienced players) then it's a good little gameplay element.

    I like my Bichon trees like I like my women, spread out ... and less than 64 bits I got battered by an Oma Warrior at lvl 1 when I was playing around on there once. It was fun, but it was just on the outskirts of town.

    Wait a little while for Zircon perhaps? If you mainly played Mir2, then you may find that it is similar enough to sate the appetite whilst still being fresh enough to be an almost new experience. It has the added benefit that it's Jamie running it, who has pedigree too and the download process...

I imagine a fair amount of the work you've done would be finishing off bits of Deneo's stuff, polishing and other improvements that - whilst significant - may not have huge, immediate, 'obvious' impact so will go unadmired by the majority...

    If someone complains that you can't hit hens, your first thought should not be to alter starter pets. Figure out why a player can not hit a hen

    World Quests don't award legendaries, just for info. There are a few world quests that require PVP though, so you're not wrong most of the PVP stuff is done via PVP areas with PVP specific gear. The two don;t really intermingle at all so you can't compare. But I really don't think Shane wanted...

    I still love that episode, and sometimes whilst playing WoW/Mir/FF14 I'll actually slump in my chair to one side like big fat wow dude and have a lil giggle to myself. Ahhh, the fun we have. Jamie is an impressive coder, with knowledge of at least C# to a decent level!
