    Yeah would seem the fairest way Like if a quest gives bugged xp out, 13m instead of 1.3. You cant remove the quest as some people gain 2.5% and others 25%, you have to let everybody 'abuse it'

    Just lower the mob levels and make them only give out 7k til w.e lvl people abused it for. So if you're 3 levels higher you only get the original 3k xp 'A noob buff'
