drops will be redone soon, it's just a thing done pretty quick... have done all of this in I think 2 or 3 days now, but working hard on getting things right and working. will be more caves around level 20 - 30 soon but just didn't find the time to add them yet

Regarding question 2. it's the experiencepoints ur getting from mobs for example a mob gives u 100 exp. and when u set the experience rate here instead of 10000 to 20000, now while not wearing a item having that anicount ( 141 ) there won't happen anything, u will still get 100 exp from that...
an item that uses anicount 141 ( in this tab ) in the DB gets the rate u give it, now it's 10000 / 100% if u make it 20000 u will be leveling twice as fast with an item with anicount 141... This effect stacks when u wear more of the same anicount
Let's not judge the GM, people change and probably also Jesus did... I'm gonna give this server a shot, either way if Jesus is just doing this for donations or not. ( Donating is always up to the player itself, u decide to donate, not the gm... )
