Will skills be stupidly rare(like euro?), not having spells is vital to LoMs gameplay, and I have always found any server that it takes ages to get spells on get boring and stale very quickly.
The only problem is the Catch-up low level buff to 48, is still not fast enough to get newcomers to play. The buff is plenty high enough for the levels 40-48, but you want to get people straight into the game, making the 1-40 even faster could help that, especially people who may want to return...

I would say best time to add ancient caves is after a while for new players to use as a catch up method :)

Aye they skill leveling is a tad annoying, nobody enjoys leveling skills in this day and age >.< the euro style bosses are pretty easy, the newer added bosses and monsters are the challenge.

Gold is easy to come by, however it gets used quite fast by the gameshop. aNti is always happy to help with a boost as long as he isn't doing a boss run, and I will be once my archer spells start actually dropping >.<
Not sure about the 2, but the other day I did notice the status on LOMCN said a Usercount of 4. So something has caused a lot of people to stop(until the next patch at least)
