    Meh, they work amazingly in most MMO's as they allow structure and the developers to have full control of what the user encounters/has to overcome. In Mir I really can't see that being effective due to (a) the player base (b) the game mechanics themselves.

    I am using them for the all the 'story' arch bits on my server at the moment. Everything else is open world (with the exception of challenge bosses), but I really don't want PVP effecting the story bits as they are quite structured.
