Did you resize it to 25 x 25 for the actual minimap not the town map? The reason i`m asking is becuase the map is so big i had a similar problem and 25 x 25 just didn`t seem to work no matter what, i had to mess on for ages resizeing until i got it correct >< If you didnt resize it to 25 x 25...
