    I know what my Global IP is, I`m 90% certain it`s a router prob, my IPv4Address is 192.168.2.100 When i put 192.168.2.1 in the server files i get access blah blah socket error, so they must have to be 192.168.2.100. Its the router IP i`m not sure about, does that have to be 192.168.2.1 or...

    You do not have to pay to advertise your server on that site, you do have to though if you would like a big banner across the main page but thats the same on any forum/site includeing LOMCN, all he has done is posted it here so if you want to advertise your server on it.
