    its format is basically @[command name - varies] [red amount, 0-255] [green amount, 0-255] [blue amount, 0-255] Eg @[your command] 0 0 0 is black. 255 0 0 is a strong red 0 255 0 is a strong green 0 0 255 is a string blue 255 255 255 is white.
