I’ve verified that his windows and router are both ported correctly, server is using his IPV4 and he can connect locally using the IPV4 ip, however no one outside of his network can connect.     I agree, people should vote regardless. A spoiled ballot still counts as a vote to "other", with enough people doing this it could see parties trying to make changes that could win those "other" votes next time around.

    It’s a MSSQL error when attempting to add the character to the table. Make sure you’ve set up mssql correctly.
