    So the build I want is coming out at 1.5k pretty much but that's a bit more than i'd like to spend. that's with an aftermarket 4070 and i5 13600k or something along those lines. Do i really need that firepower or can i go to a 4060 :/

    I agree with this, it's a good temporary bubble to take you away from everything else but in a way it's also a way to make it worse as it enables it all in a sly way. I found this out the hard way.

    Firstly I'd like to recommend you go back to.your doctors and make sure you're on the right medication. I don't usually advise this unless it's needed but it sounds it is. Unfortunately the NHS mental health teams are backed up as you say and it's likely best you go private if you can afford...
