    SQLite? Never used sorry, items database is stditems. It's not your client, they just need adding to the server files, the files are just a base to start people on, you will have to add them yourself.

    go to mir/envir/Admin.txt Your character name followed by *.*.*.* so Name *.*.*.* Or you can do it via Engine. As for the meat, check the Deer drop file and see if it has anything inside, i know it dose because it's needed for a quests, or your trying to harvest it from the wrong space.

    All the GM commands are in WolServer/Mir200/Command.ini. Remember to to add your account to the admin list, should be a guide on first post to do this. Then just open SQL, look at the item database to make what ever you like. @make is there command to make items.

    Edit the Serverlist.ini Check IP Address and Port, as other as said i must of uploaded my serverlist.ini so you will need to change IP and Port, i used port 7022 so change this back to 7000.

Just banning the alt he made would serve no punishment what so ever, if you do anything that will result in a ban then it should always effect your whole account and not just 1 character otherwise people would start exploiting or hacking and what not on alts...

    In the server files there should be a folder called "Client" with a exe. and a ini file, you need to put these into your woool client folder and run the game. Source code is posted on the first page, need to use Delphi 2007.

    Yes the files where my latests release, i recently released the source code and just added it to first post. The client isn't 100% English, still needs more translations.
