You will need ports forwarding.
IIRC It defaults to needing:

In that case its a TCP port i guess, but its probably best to forward both...

Player1 Connects to Player2 and Player3
Player2 Connects to Player1 and Player3
Player3 Connects to Player1 and Player2
Then if any of the players drops, the game still plays.
I think you'll find that the svn still runs on port 80 :P
I just added port 86 for you people with gay proxy servers ;) Altho i suppose giving everyone 86 will stop questions with errors related to said proxies.
