    In Mir2 1.4-Hero files, you could zig-zag you movement and the skill would sometimes not register and just fly straight past you, if you was ACPI'd and the caster wasn't you'd rarely hit 1 in 10 shots, 2 people the same speed i'd say you'd miss 2 out of 10 casts if you got lucky so it wasn't...
