    The easiest fix is to lower the MR, element resistances or HP of monsters across the lower level tiers. This way it still gives the lower levels a chance of catching up without giving the higher levels further advantages

    Inclined to agree with this, but apparently theirs no way to see where the 1Bn++ gold that was farmed ended up and no way to see when someone has transferred 100,000,000+ from one character to another.

    On my way to level 55 and no book yet. Warriors get the short end of the stick IMO with this as we can't hunt Goru, Holy Palace or Hyunmoon temple easily most of us being stuck in JP till level 57-58. Not sure if it drops in Lair?

    If you want to war a guild continuously for 12 hours then yes the cost should increase perhaps not quite as high as 16m but the general idea is the same. Its not fair on the smaller weaker guilds that they should be warred all of the time.

    Too late to fix that, should have had a soft and hard cap in place till balance issues were address. Any changes now will short change those who haven't powered ahead or multied etc as they will be robbed of the opportunity to take advantage of the balance issues.

    Pretty much :D as it stands the damage from Element will always be superior to main stat in the early stages of the game. This may even out somewhat as more elemental resistances come into play. However with a patch looming I would hold off before making any major choices.
