If your processor temp is 89ºC while idling it's probably because the thermal paste is worn out. All the heat is kept there with no dissipation whatsoever.
My laptop was fine but I had to disable turbo boost in the BIOS to avoid high temperatures while playing but I guess you need to change...
The only real option is Zircon. The problem is, nobody is working on it publicly.
All other sources would need waaaay too much work to be useable, even the Delphi files which are great but you need Delphi so...
I just want to point out that Zircon is open source which allows you to do way more things that a simple scripting language. You can even make your own scripting language if you want.

"Henry" is a feature added originally in Hispared. Henry appears randomly in some cities. He's a postman and he tells you he lost some of his letters. You basically have to run around that map yo find them.
I don't remember the rewards but that's besides the point.
The problem is, almost nobody uses these files anymore.
It's not that we don't want to help but all the people with good scripting knowledge are not around anymore or they are focused on their own custom Zircon files. I don't even remember how to write a simple script and I knew how to work...
You posted the same question 3 times. Don't do that, one time is enough.
If I remember correctly, if you want to translate the client you can do it by editing the .dat files.

The problem is the guy who posted them deleted the links, so unless you know someone who has them, you won't be able to get them.
And anyway, I don't think anyone will be able to help you the way you want. These are very old files and almost nobody is interested in them anymore let alone giving...
Please, don't post in any other language than English. And if you do, at least post a translation.
Anyway, these lessons are useful for the old files that nobody uses anymore.
