    Cloudflare offers DDoS protection for games and they're the best mitigating attacks. They don't offer dedis, though, you'll have to get that from someone else.

    They're relaunching the server under the name "Ragnarok" so if you see it somewhere you should know it's a low effort server and they'll use your credentials wherever they can to steal your stuff.

    8.1 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay lighter than 10. When I'm virtualizing Windows for Mir I go straight for 8.1.

    I don't know how good emulators are, but on Android you can plug a mouse + keyboard with an OTG cable and run it natively con mobile with all the advantages of a PC.

    Do people play it from the phone or they use an emulator from the PC? I remember playing PUBG mobile against people who were using emulators or using keyboard + mouse.

    Your best shot is to pay for DDoS mitigation. Big attacks don't come from a single IP, they come from botnets which means hundreds of IP addresses. You wouldn't be able to just start blocking them.
