    5% a day on a Wiz I think during an event. 12+ hours. That's 1 hitting every mob due to luck 10 or high lightning attack element I've not tried yet on a decent Wiz.

    Refine requires items that with higher level will increase the chance. High purity BIO also makes a big difference. Time is also the 3rd factor. The success chance is accurate dispite what some say when they fail with a 85% chance. If it's not 100% than there is a chance to fail.
