if i remember correctly i made the mapeditor display fishing with a new color (probably purple)
you cant edit it cause well: i only made the editor code to display maps and really never got arround to fixing all of the issues with it :p
that's exatly why i insisted archer should run 100% of mc instead of dc :p
(and why on c# files it uses mc)
only thing missing to balance that is monk:p
if monk was added and used sc, then you'd have 2 class's for each stat lol
in a way it is due to ress of the game: if you run mir on a monitor designed for 2560*1680 but run mir in 800*600 then every 'pixel' is going to be stretched to like *4, so you have 4times bigger space to click
if you run mir on 1024, those pixels would only be 2times bigger (so you lose half...
heh archer in it's current state isnt super bad as ppl think: it's just you really really need to know what stuff does and how to play it
- archers dmg is purely depending on how far away you are (further away = more dmg/hit, but potential to miss goes up aswell etc)
- the jump back initialy...
even tho i'm probably the first to admit crystal archer could do with a tuneup,
i do hope you keep the idea of a heavy hitting single target range class (with 'no' defense :p)
the problem is that lowering this time would basicaly get alot of ppl with lag spikes kicked out of the game.
fairly sure c# client already has a pretty fast 'timeout'.
if you bluescreen, your net goes down etc: the server will 'eventualy' send some info to you, and it has to wait for...
the ping is pretty close to dead accurate: except it's not a normal "icmp" ping, instead it's the time it takes for a msg to go from your client to server and for server to reply (and reach client again).
so this not only shows you the time it takes for msg's to go from client > server and back...
