    Yes, you would loose all character database, you could make each account one by one, and try sort through peoples items but tht would take ages, as requested http://www.filedropper.com/mir me personally if i was gonna upgrade, I would add a loyalty to the returning users, and a XP/Drop boost.

    My honest opinion would be to start a complete refresh database and use the current available as reference points and test everything this way you know theres very few bugs no exploits and you learn all the key points on making a successful server

    There are a lot of Anti Virus's which give false positives (Crystal Mir2 prime example with !Avast)
